Pilates, yoga & massage therapy
Core is a calm, relaxing space in the centre of Dunbar offering massage therapy and Pilates and yoga classes and one-to-one tuition. We can provide you with a unique combination of these to suit your requirements. Nutritional therapy, reflexology, Reiki and Indian head massage are also available.

Prices:
Massage/reflexology/one-to-one Pilates & yoga - £55 for an hour appointment, £45 for a 45 min appointment. £60 for hour hot stone massage or hour signature massage with Neals Yard oil (e.g. winter warmer massage)
Classes:
- block booking for the same class each week works out at £8.50 per class with blocks roughly in line with school terms
- 6 class pass valid for 1 year £57 (works out at £9.50 per class) which can be used to book any available classes
- individual class booking £10.50
Dunbar ASN Community runs a 'pay what you can' complementary therapy clinic for local parents/carers of children with additional support needs on two Sunday afternoons each month from Core. Booking for this clinic is through Dunbar ASN Community website.
