Pilates, yoga & massage therapy
Core is a calm, relaxing space in the centre of Dunbar offering massage therapy and Pilates and yoga classes and one-to-one tuition. We can provide you with a unique combination of these to suit your requirements. Reflexology, Reiki and Indian head massage are also available.

Prices:
Massage/reflexology/one-to-one Pilates & yoga - £60 for an hour appointment, £50 for a 45 min appointment. £65 for hour hot stone massage or hour signature massage with Neals Yard oil (e.g. winter warmer massage)
Classes:
- block booking for the same class each week works out at £9.50 per class, blocks run roughly in line with school terms
- 6 class pass valid for 1 year £63 (works out at £10.50 per class) which can be used to book online for any available studio classes
- individual studio class booking £11.50
